As Jack Lane helps bring a successful end to the war for the side of Urbania, Myra North is drugged and kidnapped by Dr. Devries on behalf of the evil Hyster but it is Devries who has a plan to use North. In Egypt a ways outside of Cairo, an excavation by famous British archaeologist, Sir Edmond Galaway, is about to open a tomb that has not been explored for fifty years. North is under the effect of a drug that makes her obey all of Devries' commands. Galaway is certain that the actual sarcophagus of Rohatep of the Fourth Dynasty was never found and he wants to be the discoverer. Hyster and Devries are really after the treasures sure to be with the body.
