"Nursery Rhymes"

From Flash Comics issue 7: The F.B.I. receives a message about the "Little Boy Blue". Soon the famous Blue Boy painting is stolen. Then a note comes saying "Keep smiling" and the famed smiling picture "Modern Louisa" is snatched. Cliff Cornwall is asked to look into it.
