Lady Penelope is offered a starring role in a major motion picture but only agrees when it is learned her co-star is a suspected Bereznik agent and she wants to learn what his objective is. Meanwhile, the evil Mr. Steelman has escaped from prison and is heading to Australia to get revenge on Penelope.
