The Chief sends the Man from B.U.N.G.L.E. out to buy two orders of fish and chips (both for the Chief - he's hungry!). That is when Larry discovers that fish and chip shops are being attacked by someone calling himself Mash who is demanding the stoppage of turning potatoes into chips.
