The Man from B.U.N.G.L.E. has managed to snatch Dr. Doom's secret hellicar from the master-crook's Highland hideout. But, driving it at breakneck speed, he runs into a patch of mountain mist and plunged down a steep bank into a river. Somehow he must get it back on the road quickly. But the sloop is too steep for even the hellicar to drive up.
