The Man from B.U.N.G.L.E. has been trailing Doctor Doom, a merciless crook. But he finds himself at the mercy of the devilish doctor. He is chained to an open boat and set adrift. And not satisfied with this, his evil captor sets out with his hideous henchmen to finish-off the helpless agent.
