In South Vietnam, "a fellow by the name of Dinh Chiem gathered a private army around him and made a swooping attack on Cholon". The Prince of that region was kidnapped and carted off into the jungle. Biggles and Ginger are told that while the British cannot officially get involved, it would be better all around if the Prince were to someone get free.
