Wilhelm Miers/Dan Wilson is sent to Schummhausen School just outside Berlin to give a speech about how decadent England is. When an American bombing run on a nearby munitions factor results in one bomber crashing on the schoolgrounds, Wilson is asked to act as interpreter. He learns the plane has top secret equipment that cannot be allowed to fall into German hands.
