The Prime Minster of Flutter calls Tom Arto, Special Agent, for help. His house was haunted. "Busy spectres, spooks, ghosts. All night long they haunt me." The culprits are spies trying to scare the PM out of the house at night so they can break into his safe and steal the formula for making invisible invisibility tablets.
