From Smash Comics #60 - Returning to America after his many missions abroad, Black X is surprised to learn that his return is met with some celebration. He is invited to a party given by one of Society's leading hostesses. A nasty fellow called the Foremost, though, is using the opportunity to dispatch the master spy permanently.
