Dick Storm In South America

Published in Top-Notch Comics #4, Apr. 1940.
The President of the South American nation of Chilan calls upon Dick Storm to help them in their hour of crisis. A "slumbering volcano" has come "to life with horrible and devastating suddenness" and the populace is falling by the thousands as plague sweeps through the small republic. The problem is that the neighboring Pruvians are about to invade the weakened nation and Storm must find a way to stop them.
