"Iron Curtain Mission For Joe" a political agitator and brilliant saboteur, Charles Vodor, has snuck into a massive chemical plan in the center of Novograd. He plans to destroy the facility leaving evidence it was the West that did it to start a world war. He is caught but the bomb remains hidden so Joe 90 must find it using a recording of Vodor's brain pattern.
