Techs at TIGER HQ are concerned when their giant computer, the largest and most efficient in the world, gives a wrong answer, namely that ATAC has a new base on an island in the Pacific that does not exist. Nelson Lord and Henry Small investigate and find the island does exists, it is artificially made, and it flies!
