A TIGER agent sent to the Far Eastern country of Meralia to investigate a suspected ATAC base there has returned to TIGER headquarters with a bomb strapped to his chest and a determination to get to the control room. After stopping him, Nelson Lord is sent to Meralia to learn what happened.
