The airliner Fireball was taking home after a holiday in Turkey ran into bad weather and was forced to make an emergency landing in Bulgaria. Needing to spend time awaiting a replacement plane, Fireball runs into trouble with the authorities when he spots a pair of British bank robbers at a cafe but is arrested himself.
