Flying his jet to Austria to do some skiing, Fireball is over the Alps when his radio suddenly cuts out and he becomes extremely sleepy, almost crashing the plane into a mountain. Making it the nearest airport, Fireball learns he is the second person recently to report spotty signals and intense drowsiness over an area called Death Valley. Naturally he is intrigued, especially since the locals have made several UFO sighting reports.
