After the terrorist group 'The Destroyers' attack an oil refinery demanding that their leader be released from prison, Preece of the British Secret Service accompanies Fireball to a new oil refinery where he is certain bombs have been planted to destroy that facility as well. His men have not been able to find them so he wants Fireball 'to have a go'.
