Fireball is deep-sea fishing off south Florida when he sees a man tossed off a boat. Rescuing him, he learns the man is Harry the Scratch, a fellow making a living peddling fake treasure maps to tourists. Some people are not happy with his maps but Harry does not understand since he is honest about the maps being fake.
