A friend of Fireball's Uncle Peter needs him locating his grown son. The man had taken up with a crowd who called themselves The Brotherhood of Order which wants to "put the world to rights with hard living and discipline". It is lead by a man calling himself Colonel Sparta but Fireball recognizes him as a well-known conman.
