This one starts strangely. "The days go by quickly as ZX-5 slowly regains his strength." (From what we do not know because in the previous mission, he was "unharmed".) He is spending time with Manya (a beautiful young woman he knows quite well but we have never met) when he is called to the Capitol for a mission. Someone is sabotaging the expansion of telephone lines to a major city. During the investigation, ZX-5 is overwhelmed and about to be killed when he is saved by a masked caped woman who is a sharpshooter and guns down the assailants. That woman turns out to be Manya.
