Two-part story in the Marvel/Star Comics series Bullwinkle and Rocky #3 - Thyme Magazine;s publisher makes history by picking a random person to be its Person of the Year. The next person walking through his door is Bullwinkle! Meanwhile Boris decides to test his latest secret weapon using Bullwinkle - a suit coat that makes the wearer loved by all who see him.
