Peril Beneath The Sea

Delegates from the Iron Curtain nations were heading to San Francisco for a peace conference that WAM wants to derail. Barracuda and Frollo are to help with security but the delegates' plane is hijacked and the people thrown out of the plane to parachute to the sea where they are picked up by a WAM submarine. After that, things get tricky.
