At the end of WWII, a group of die-hard Nazis lay a plan for the eventual rise of a Fourth Reich. The year now is 1976 and a young British diplomat in East Berlin is caught in a honey trap. For help he appeals to long retired Major Edger who in turn looks to an old Soviet spymaster. After so many years of distrust, can they work together to put down this rising threat to the world?
