Ten years after Milo Weaver has left the Tourist program behind, for good he thought, he is living in Western Sahara when he is approached by a CIA analyst to interrogate him on some suspicious activity on the terrorist channels linked to him. That is when a new group of Tourists arrive to kill them both.
