On a mission in the Balkans to take down a very nasty war criminal, Court Gentry, the Gray Man, comes across a human trafficking ring which he is determined to shut down. His CIA handlers, though, have other thoughts as they want him to learn more about an upcoming terrorist attack on the US. Gentry's ethics are greatly tested.
