Determined to put an end to the vendetta that the warlord in Kosovo is waging on him, Jeff Bradley is dealing with the Italian mob for leads when he gets word that an old friend is on a tour bus that was hijacked by terrorists and is heading across Turkey enroute the borders with Syria and Iraq and Iran. The government of Turkey will not negotiate and the hijackers are willing to die if they cannot cross the border when they arrive. Bradley decides to step in.
