At a fair on Long Island, an 11-year old girl narrowly misses being killed by a thrown knife. Sam Archer knows this was no accident because the girl was the daughter of a slain mafioso boss and the only survivor of the massacre that destroyed the family. Now the adopted daughter of a colleague of Archer is being hunted to finish the job.
