In 1992, Jake Fonko is attending a conference in Serbia and runs into an old girl friend. They become reacquainted in ways Fonko very much enjoys but he is not so appreciative when Sarajevo starts falling around him and Fonko is fighting with a Hong Kong crime family and the Russian Mob all during a civil war.
