Vanessa Pierson is certain her old enemy, Bhoot, is behind an explosion at the Louvre that almost kills her. An unknown terrorist group claims responsibility, however, and Bhoot himself calls her to deny his involvement and to help her out on a new case involving a miniaturized nuke.
