Corrigan is on vacation in Marseilles when he is approached by a representative of the Criminal Air Force, a trilateral group aimed at fighting smuggling via aircraft. The work involves putting a stop to a gang led by the Albino. Then the agent doing the offering is murdered and Corrigan is on his own.
