A call for an old army buddy brings Track to San Diego with the dream of deep-sea fishing and relaxation. Unfortunately, his friend is a chief of police on an Indian reservation fighting a mysterious man who claims to be the reincarnation of Geronimo, and who has a growing number of angry believers.
