The military arm of Op-Center, called Striker, is sent in to capture an Islamic cleric who is stirring up the Moslems in India towards an overthrow of the government. As they operate, however, the team is caught inside a flare-up of border tensions between India and Pakistan. Making matters worse, there is a double agent amidst them.
