Recovering from injuries, Kirkland Finn flies to New Mexico to join up with old friend FBI Agent Nico Torres to take a scenic road trip for two weeks. Along the way they will encounter a band of mercenaries that Torres is certain is up to no good. Checking on them will land the pair into considerable danger, not the least of which is being suspected of murder.
