James Lowe takes on the assignment to get back from Russia much of the highly classified documents stolen by Edward Snow of the NSA but he runs into major trouble with the Russian brainwashing scientist from the previous adventure. Then there is also the case of the nine truck-loads of high tech machinery stolen from the US and shipped to Russia that Lowe must bring back.
