Book 9 in the Titus Black series
The disappearance of a nuclear missile from its silo in Russia was an understandably worrisome problem. Not wanting an international incident, the US sends Titus Black to find and disarm the weapon. His problem will become a harder one when it is learned that the device is in the control of a crazed terrorist and a Russian who wants the return of his country's superpower status.
