When a cargo ship is found abandoned off the coast of Norway, its crew murdered, there was considerable confusion among the investigators. This especially includes Charles Bishop because on a bulkhead of that crippled vessel is a photo of Bishop, pinned there along with a note that said "It's all my fault".
