Ex-soldier Wade Ross was a tourist in Istanbul when he hears gunshots in a train station. Running into the danger, he discovers several dead civilians and a small band of armed men hauling boxes from one of the carriages. His actions to take down these killers will make him a hated target for the Grey Wolves and though a CIA agent tries to help him, it will end up just him against them, not an unusual situation for Ross.
