HARRY ARVAY

According to the bio in one of his books: "Born in Austria in 1926, Harry Arvay begin his involvement with underground operations in 1938 as a youthful member of the 'Free Austrian Movement'. He escaped to England in 1939. By 1944 he was working with British Intelligence, interrogating German POWs. after the war he was engaged in undercover work against underground organizations in India, Japan, and China. Arvay moved to Israel in 1950. Soon after his arrival, he was on the trail of Fedayin raiders near the former Jordan-Israeli border."
