According to the bio on her website: "A.B is a technology executive and lawyer. When not writing thrillers, she helps technology companies partner with the likes of Google, Facebook, IBM, Oracle and many others. Early in her career she practiced law at Mintz Levin in Boston and worked at Akamai Technologies for its founder, Danny Lewin, who inspired the fictional character Edwin Hoff.

The author graduated from Yale University and the University of Michigan Law School. A.B. lives in Massachusetts with her husband, their children and their Labrador, who prefers roast chicken to kibble and weight bearing walls above all."
