South American hijackers have taken a plane and demanded the release of several jailed "dissidents". One of those is an East German agent that Charlie Dark helped put away. The powers that be decide to go along with the demands. Dark's strange job is to find some way to get him back into custody AFTER he has been released into East Berlin.
