"Case Of The Father Christmas Fake"

This one was meant as a Christmas special issue. Drake goes to buy Christmas presents in a large department store. But a gunman steals money from clerks that are counting it. Drake decides to help find the culprit and heads to the basement where he finds the store's Father Christmas tied up. This means that the crook is posing as the big guy and Drake must stop him.
