[AR03] - Two women petition the court for custody of a little girl named Jill Martyn. One is her mother, now a widow. The other is her father's Aunt Helen, a rich old woman who had disinherited the nephew for marrying beneath his station and who wants to raise the girl as her heir. Also interested is gang boss Rocks Greer who sees a rich payday if he can get his hands on the girl. Ace detective X-9 is intrigued and will play a major role in recovering the girl when she is kidnapped.
