Myra North and her friends are at the US Embassy in Satan Rica in South America when she is introduced to a Naval attache. He has a mission he would like her to undertake; to go undercover as a nurse to an American munitions millionaire as his nurse. The Navy wants to know why the man has made numerous recent trips to South America. Soon after assuming the position, North is shocked to see her client accosted by the head of the notorious International Secret Police, someone who has run into North before. The case will revolve around the arms dealer selling a new type of gun to the ISP.
