Walking through the large city of Feldheim, Fireball realizes he is lost and asks a group of men to directions. They pull nasty looking knives and Fireball has to chastise them. Joining in the punishment is a man with a whip who proclaims that no one robs people in the city except he and his mob. That mob has some major power in the city and Fireball does not like it.
