ZX-5 heads to Tibet to apprehend a man named Ghoro who has kidnapped several key government officials. To find him he impersonates a High Lama and then asks Manya to fly in to be used as bait. Ghoro turns out to be a European who looks a lot like Hitler and is planning on taking over Europe before taking over Asia, though why he started in Tibet is never explained.
