The year is 1956. The Cold War is about to get even hotter with Khrushchev recently taking control. Oksana Volkova of the GRU is given the go-ahead for her bold plan by the director of that bureau and heads to the States for research. The tale then jumps to 1961 and the first parts of her scheme.
