The year is 1944. A group of British paratroopers are routed on a mission into Germany and one of the survivors, a shell-shocked officer, is certain that they were expected, showing that there was someone back at Headquarters in Britain that was a traitor. Detective-spy Richard Prince is asked by MI5 to help investigate.
