Near the end of WWII, German scientists create a very powerful nerve gas that was never used because the conflict ended. The gas was left in an undiscovered bunker until 2017 when construction workers rediscover it. Then the gas is stolen by old members of the Red Army Faction. Sophie Decker and Department 89 are ordered to retrieve them and eliminate the gang.
