A young NSA analyst discovers intel that Syrian terrorists are planning an attack in the U.S. They learn he knows and they kill him and then, thinking he had told his girl friend, go after her. The White House learns of the murder and gets Jake Harrigan and Sarah Schaumberg to find out what happened and bring the perpetrators to justice.
