Mac Travis' deckhand on his boat has been working with a girlfriend to illegally use his vessel to poach lobster. As the owner, Travis is implicated and both the boat and his house are confiscated. Trying to get them back, he discovers a connection with a money laundering scheme and the CIA's plan to smuggle baseball players out of Cuba.
